Meditation is an ancient practice that is finding a place in our modern world.
Empirical evidence and scientific statistics show that meditation helps:
Although meditation is an important daily habit, like exercise or eating well, it does not have to be a chore. In fact, when you learn how to meditate, you will quickly learn to love it and look forward to your meditative time.
For me, meditation is like a daily mini-vacation.
It is a lovely little get-away, like floating down the lazy river in the warm sun.
Trust me.
Regardless of your past experiences, I guarantee that you can learn to meditate. There is a lot of misinformation about how you “should” or “shouldn’t” meditate. I can tell you that there are many ways to meditate, and whatever works for you is okay.
As a meditation instructor and long-time practitioner, I encourage meditation for all of my clients.
And, I promise you, even if you have a mile-a-minute mind, I can teach you to meditate.
